〈当事務所の特徴〉

※申請取次行政書士とは、出入国管理に関する一定の研修を受けた行政書士で、申請人に代わって申請書類等を提出することを認められた行政書士です。

※申請取次行政書士に依頼すると、申請人本人は入国管理局への出頭が免除されるので、仕事や学業に専念することができます。

〈申請取次の対象〉
①在留資格認定証明書交付申請（Application for Certificate of Eligibility）
海外在住の外国人の方を新たに日本に呼び寄せるための手続きです。
This is a procedure to invite a new foreigner residing abroad to Japan.
・外国人を雇用するため日本に招聘したい（I want to invite a foreigner to Japan for employment.）
・海外にいる家族と日本で一緒に生活したい（I want to live in Japan with my family overseas.）
②在留資格変更許可申請（Application for Change of Status of Residence）
日本に在留中の外国人が、現在持っている在留資格とは別の在留資格に変更する時に必要な手続きです。
This procedure is required when a foreigner residing in Japan wishes to change his/her status of residence to a status other than the one he/she currently has.
・留学ビザで在留中に就職した場合（If you find a job while staying in Japan with a college student visa）
・日本人と結婚した場合（If married to a Japanese）
・日本人配偶者と離婚した場合（If divorced from a Japanese spouse）
など
③在留期間更新許可申請（Application for Renewal of Period of Stay）
日本に在留中の外国人が、現在持っている在留資格と同一の在留資格で引続き日本に滞在する手続きです。
This is a procedure for a foreigner currently residing in Japan to continue to stay in Japan with the same status of residence as the one he/she currently has.
④在留資格取得許可申請（Application for Permission to Acquire a Status of Residence）
日本で出生した外国人や上陸手続きをすることなく日本に在留することとなる外国人が、引続き日本に在留する場合に必要な手続きです。
This procedure is required for foreigners who were born in Japan or who will be residing in Japan without having to go through landing procedures, and who wish to continue to reside in Japan.
⑤資格外活動許可申請（Application for Extra-qualified Activity Permit）
在留資格で定められている活動以外の活動を行おうとする場合に必要な手続きです。アルバイトなど、収入を伴う事業を運営する活動又は報酬を受ける活動を行おうとする場合に行う申請です。
This procedure is necessary if you intend to engage in activities other than those stipulated in your status of residence.
This application is to be made when the applicant intends to engage in activities to operate a business that involves income or receive remuneration, such as part-time work.
⑥就労資格証明書交付申請（Application for delivery of labor qualification certificate）
外国人が転職する場合に、転職先の企業で合法的に就労できることを法務大臣に証明してもらう手続きです。
When a foreigner changes jobs, this is a procedure to have the Minister of Justice certify that the foreigner can legally work at the new company.

〈当事務所の基本方針〉
１）許可条件を満たさない、又は経験上許可の可能性が低いと判断されるにもかかわらず、あたかも許可されるような説明をして業務を受任することはありません。
I will not accept work that does not meet the conditions of a permit, or that experience indicates is unlikely to be granted, and then explain that it will be granted.
２）強く希望されても虚偽の申請書類を作成することはできません。
You may not create false application documents even if you strongly desire to do so.
３）事案の特性を無視し一般的な必要書類（法務省がウェブサイトで案内する書類）を添付して、あとは入管の判断に委ねるという安易な対応はいたしません。入管法上、立証責任は申請人側にあるので、どのような説明をどのような書類で行うのがより適切かを常に意識しています。
I do not take the easy way out by ignoring the characteristics of the case, attaching the general required documents (documents provided by the Ministry of Justice on its website), and leaving the rest to the judgment of the Immigration Bureau. Under the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act, the burden of proof is on the applicant, so i am always conscious of what kind of explanation and what kind of documents would be more appropriate.
４）単に書類をそのまま右から左に提出することはしていません。まず、お客様の事情の理解に努め（錯綜している事案の場合、事案の把握・理解・整理にかなりの時間を必要です。）、その後、慎重に必要書類の検討、収集・作成に着手するので、申請準備にはある程度の時間を要する場合がございます。
I do not simply submit documents as is from right to left. First, i work to understand the client's situation (in the case of complicated cases, it takes a considerable amount of time to understand, comprehend, and organize the case). After that, i carefully consider, collect, and prepare the necessary documents, so it may take some time to prepare the application.
