各サービスページ、見積書または契約書に表示する金額（税込）。個別事情により業務範囲または料金が変わる場合は、申込みまたは契約前に説明します。 Fees are shown inclusive of tax on the relevant service page, quotation or engagement agreement. If the scope or fee varies according to the circumstances, it will be explained before the application or engagement is accepted. |
| 料金以外の負担 Additional Charges |
追加費用が見込まれる場合は、原則として事前に内容を説明します。クレジットカード決済について、当事務所が別途明示しない限り、カード決済手数料をお客様へ請求しません。
Expected additional expenses will generally be explained in advance. No separate card-processing fee is charged to the customer unless expressly stated by the Office before payment. |

| 支払時期 Payment Timing |
見積書、請求書または契約書に記載する期限までにお支払いください。分割または段階払いの場合は、各業務段階の開始前に所定の金額をお支払いいただきます。Decision Checkその他の日時を予約するサービスは、原則として予約確定前または指定期限までの前払いです。 Payment must be made by the deadline stated in the quotation, invoice or engagement agreement. For instalment or staged payments, the applicable amount must be paid before each stage begins. Decision Check and other scheduled services are generally payable in advance before the booking is confirmed or by the stated deadline. |

見積書、予約案内または決済画面に有効期限が記載されている場合は、その期限までにお申込みまたはお支払いください。期限の記載がない場合も、法令、料金、予約枠または案件状況の変更により、内容を再確認することがあります。 Where an expiry date is shown in a quotation, booking notice or payment screen, the application or payment must be completed by that date. Even where no date is stated, the terms may need to be reconfirmed if laws, fees, availability or case circumstances change. |
| サービス開始・提供時期 Service Start and Delivery |
ご入金ならびに業務開始に必要な情報・資料の確認後、見積書、予約案内または契約書で合意した日または期間に開始します。申請業務の完了時期は、資料の準備状況、依頼者・関係機関からの回答、案件内容等により異なるため、個別に案内します。官公署の審査期間は当事務所が管理または保証できるものではありません。 The service begins on the date or within the period agreed in the quotation, booking notice or engagement agreement, after payment and receipt of the information and documents required to start. Completion timing for application work varies according to document readiness, responses from the client or relevant bodies, and the circumstances of the matter, and will be explained individually. Processing times of public authorities are outside the Office's control and are not guaranteed. |
| キャンセル・日程変更 Cancellation and Rescheduling |
有料相談・Decision Check：予約日時の変更またはキャンセル条件は、予約案内または決済前の画面に表示します。無断欠席、開始時刻後のキャンセルまたは所定期限後のキャンセルについては、返金できない場合があります。 継続的な申請・書類作成業務：業務開始前のキャンセルは、既に発生した実費および返金に必要な振込手数料等を控除して返金します。業務開始後は、完了済みの業務、確保した作業時間および発生済みの実費を考慮し、未実施部分の取扱いを契約書に従って判断します。 本項は、法令上認められる解除、取消し、返金その他の権利を制限するものではありません。個別契約にこれと異なる条件がある場合は、法令に反しない範囲で個別契約が適用されます。
Paid consultation / Decision Check: The applicable cancellation and rescheduling conditions are shown in the booking notice or before payment. No refund may be available for a no-show, a cancellation after the scheduled start time, or a cancellation after the stated deadline. Ongoing application or document-preparation services: If cancelled before work begins, the payment will be refunded after deducting expenses already incurred and applicable transfer fees. After work begins, the treatment of any unperformed portion will be determined under the engagement agreement, taking account of work completed, time reserved and expenses incurred. This clause does not restrict cancellation, rescission, refund or other rights available under applicable law. Where an individual engagement agreement provides different terms, those terms apply to the extent permitted by law.

問い合わせの送信だけでは、業務委任契約は成立しません。当事務所が受任の可否、業務範囲および料金を確認し、必要な場合は契約手続を行ったうえで、申込みを承諾した時点で成立します。 Sending an inquiry alone does not create an engagement. An engagement is formed only after the Office confirms acceptance, scope and fee, completes any required contracting procedure, and accepts the application. |

当事務所は、許可、在留期間その他の特定の結果を保証しません。在留資格、永住許可その他の申請に関する判断は、個別の事実および提出資料に基づき、権限を有する日本の行政機関が行います。 The Office does not guarantee approval, a particular period of stay or any other specific outcome. Decisions on status of residence, Permanent Residence and other applications are made by the competent Japanese authorities based on the facts and documents of each case. |
