🔷 What is the new requirement?
Applicants must now submit:
“A written explanation (in any format) of the specific business management or administrative activities carried out during the most recent period of stay.”
If there have been any changes since the last visa application, the reasons for those changes must also be included.
This document must clearly demonstrate how the applicant has been actively engaged in managing or running the business—not just as a name on paper.

Until now, documents like the company registry and financial statements were usually sufficient for renewal.
With this new requirement, immigration authorities are placing greater importance on the actual involvement of the applicant in the business.
