今回この経過措置を廃止し、 永住申請は原則5年在留保持者のみを対象とする方向で検討されています。
■2. 社会保険料未納がある外国人は「更新・変更を認めない」方針
政府は、国民健康保険や税の未納がある外国人への審査を強化します。 2027年度以降は、マイナンバーを活用し、 自治体と入管が未納情報を共有する仕組みを導入。
その上で、一定の未納がある場合には在留資格の更新・変更を認めない方針を明確に打ち出しました。 入管審査は今後さらに厳格化することは間違いありません。
■3. 技人国（技術・人文知識・国際業務）の審査強化
技人国はこの5年で1.6倍に増加し、不適正就労の問題も指摘されています。 政府は以下の対策を進める方針です：
- 実態調査・会社訪問の強化
- 専門業務内容の詳細確認
- 受入れ企業の社会保険加入状況の厳格確認

■1. Stricter “Maximum Period of Stay” Requirement for PR

■2. Unpaid Insurance or Taxes Will Lead to Renewal Denial
